About Jillian Mickleborough-Sugiyama
I’m a caring and experienced Certified IFS Therapist (Level 3). My warmth, curiosity, and professionalism create a confidential and nourishing space, inviting you to explore your inner world and heal at your own pace.
I am deeply committed to creating a safe, ethical, and supportive counselling experience for every client. Upholding professional standards is central to my work. I actively engage in ongoing professional development and regular consultation with trusted mentors as well as my own therapy to ensure the highest quality of care.

My approach draws from evidence-based, effective, and lasting therapeutic methods—including Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, Brainspotting, and EMDR. I also integrate insights from Mindful Self-Compassion, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) to support your unique path toward healing.
